摘要
针对电力系统用断路器,提出了一种基于选相控制器的在线监测系统。该系统主要通过选相控制器测量得到断路器的电气分合时间以及机械分合时间推导出断路器的合闸预击穿时间和分闸燃弧时间,同时采集断路器SF_6气压、机构油压等监测量。利用断路器在线监测系统和断路器选相控制器之间的内在联系,根据选相控制效果来评估断路器工作状态。该断路器在线监测系统依托选相控制器不仅能够实现断路器的选相控制功能,同时可以实现断路器的在线监测功能,具有明显的集成化优势和经济价值。
This paper proposes an online monitoring system based on phase selection controller for the circuit breaker used in power systems.The system deduces the closing pre-breakdown time and the opening arc time of the circuit breaker mainly through the phase selection controller measurement to obtain the electrically opening-closing time and mechanically opening-closing time of the circuit breaker,simultaneously collecting circuit breaker SF6 air pressure,mechanism oil pressure and other monitoring data.Finally,the paper utilizes the internal relationship between the circuit breaker online monitoring system and the circuit breaker phase selection controller to evaluate the circuit breaker working status according to the effect of phase selection control.Depending on the phase selection controller,the circuit breaker online monitoring system can realize both the function of circuit breaker’s phase selection control and the function of its online monitoring,which has obvious integration advantages and economic value.
