摘要
以‘红火箭’‘红火球’‘百日红’的1a生实生苗、扦插苗为试材,进行光合日变化测定分析评价,测定指标包括净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO 2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气温度(Ta)、空气相对湿度(RH)、空气CO 2浓度(Ca)等。结果表明:(1)3个紫薇品种Pn和Tr均呈“单峰”曲线,为早低中高晚低趋势。扦插苗的Ci在12:00形成局部“V”型曲线。3个紫薇品种的扦插苗和‘百日红’的实生苗6:00—9:00时Gs呈增大趋势;(2)Pn与Tr、PAR和Ca为极显著正相关,Gs与Ci、RH、Ca为极显著正相关,Ci与RH和Ca为极显著正相关,Tr与PAR为极显著正相关;(3)主成分分析表明主成分1(Y 1)中Gs、Ci、RH、R WUE的累计正向贡献率最高,主成分2(Y 2)中Pn、Tr、PAR、Ca的累计正向贡献率最高,主成分3(Y 3)中Ta和PAR的累计正向贡献率最高;(4)依据综合评价结果,3个紫薇品种实生苗和扦插苗的光合效率由高到低的顺序为‘百日红’扦插苗(0.814)、‘红火箭’实生苗(0.167)、‘红火球’实生苗(0.058)、‘百日红’实生苗(0.032)、‘红火箭’扦插苗(-0.085)、‘红火球’扦插苗(-0.987)。
Taking the annual seedlings and cuttings of Lagerstroemia indica‘Red Rocket’,Lagerstroemia indica‘Dynamite’and Lagerstroemia indica‘Hongtaiyang’as test materials,the photosynthetic diurnal variation were measured.The measuring indicators including net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO 2 concentration.(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),photosynthetically active radiation(PAR),air temperature(Ta),air relative humidity(RH),air CO 2 concentration(Ca),and the photosynthetic characteristics were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that(1)The Pn and Tr of the three L.indica cultivar showed a“single peak”curve with a trend of early low,middle high and late low.The Ci of cuttings formed a part of“V”curve at 12:00.The cuttings of three L.indica cultivar and the seedlings of L.indica‘Hongtaiyang’showed an increasing trend at 6:00-9:00;(2)Pn was extremely significantly positively correlated with Tr,PAR and Ca,and the relationship between Gs and Ci,RH and Ca were very significant positive correlation.Ci and RH and Ca,Tr and PAR were extremely significant positive correlations;(3)Principal component analysis showed that cumulative positive contribution rate of Gs,Ci,RH,and R WUE in the first principal component(Y 1)was the highest and that of Pn,Tr,PAR and Ca in the second principal component(Y 2)was the highest,and that of Ta and PAR in the third principal component(Y 3)was the highest.At the same time,based on the comprehensive evaluation results,the photosynthetic efficiency of seedlings and c uttings of three L.indica cultivars from high to low was L.indica‘Hongtaiyang’cuttings(0.814),L.indica‘Red Rocket’seedlings(0.167),L.indica‘Dynamite’seedlings(0.058),L.indica‘Hongtaiyang’seedlings(0.032),L.indica‘Red Rocket’cuttings(-0.085)and L.indica‘Dynamite’cuttings(-0.987).
