摘要
目的分析肺癌患者DCE-MRI表现特点与其临床病理类型、疾病严重程度的相关性分析。方法选取2016年2月~2018年6月间海南省第三人民医院收治常规MRI检测86例肺部肿块患者作为研究对象,其中肺癌40例、肺部良性肿块26例、肺部炎症肿块20例;对所有患者行DCE-MRI扫描检查,并分析DCE-MRI表现特点与其临床病理类型、疾病严重程度的相关性。结果腺癌、鳞癌及小细胞癌患者最大强化程度、流出速率无明显差异(P>0.05),腺癌患者达峰时间(TTP)及流入速率明显高于鳞癌及小细胞癌(P<0.05);肺癌患者TTP水平显著高于炎症肿块组(P<0.05),显著低于良性肿块组(P<0.05),肺癌患者流入速率值显著低于炎症肿块组(P<0.05),显著高于良性肿块组(P<0.05);且肺癌、肺部良性肿块、肺部炎症肿块SI-T曲线存显著性差异。结论采用DCE-MRI对肺癌患者进行扫描检查,其表现特点与其临床病理类型、疾病严重程度密切相关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between DCE-MRI features of lung cancer patients and their clinicopathological types and disease severity. Methods From February 2016 to June 2018, 86 patients with pulmonary masses were examined by conventional MRI, including 40 cases of lung cancer, 26 cases of benign pulmonary masses and 20 cases of inflammatory pulmonary masses. All patients were examined by DCE-MRI, and the correlation between DCE-MRI features and clinical pathological types and severity of diseases were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in maxenh and wash-out values among patients with adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma(P> 0.05). TTP and wash-in values in patients with adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in patients with squamous cell carcinoma and small cell carcinoma(P<0.05);time to peak(TTP) levels in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with inflammatory mass(P<0.05), significantly lower than those in patients with benign mass(P<0.05), and wash-in values in patients with lung cancer were significantly lower than those in patients with inflammatory mass(P<0.05), significantly higher than those in patients with benign. The SI-T curves of lung cancer, benign pulmonary mass and inflammatory pulmonary mass were significantly different in the mass group(P<0.05). Conclusion DCE-MRI can be to scan lung cancer patients. Its characteristics are closely related to their clinicopathological types and severity of disease.
