摘要
本文针对杏果表面缺损检测困难的问题,提出了基于分水岭算法的缺陷检测方法。本系统使用VS2017中的OpenCV算法库进行程序编程,利用分水岭算法对杏果图像中的缺陷部分进行识别,并提取出缺陷部分的边界。经过实验验证,本算法具有较高的精确度,完全满足果实分级产线的精度要求。
Aiming at the difficulty in detecting defects on the surface of apricots,this paper proposes a defect detection method based on watershed algorithm.The system uses the OpenCV algorithm library in VS2017 for program programming,uses the watershed algorithm to identify the defective part of the apricot image,and extracts the boundary of the defective part.After experimental verification,the algorithm has high accuracy and fully meets the accuracy requirements of the fruit grading production line.
