摘要
食品安全是民生领域发展的关注要点,为避免出现重大食品卫生安全事件,保障国民健康及财产安全,并推动食品生产制造产业的稳健发展,需持续助推食品安全保障机制与时俱进。其中,食品安全标准体系作为助推食品产业发展重要条件,将抽象的“安全”用具体的指标及条文予以明确,具有实效性、配套性、完整性、权威性,为规避食品卫生安全事件提供支持,其重要性可见一斑。本文探析了食品安全标准体系建设必要性、原则及措施,以助推食品生产制造产业的稳健发展。
Food safety is the focus of development in the field of people’s livelihood. In order to avoid major food hygiene and safety incidents, protect national health and property safety, and promote the steady development of the food manufacturing industry, it is necessary to continue to promote food safety guarantee mechanisms to keep pace with the times. Among them, the food safety standard system, as a construction, clarifies the abstract "safety" with specific indicators and provisions, which is effective, supporting, complete, and authoritative. The importance of supporting the avoidance of food hygiene and safety incidents can be seen. This article analyzes the necessity, problems, principles and measures of building a food safety standard system in order to promote the steady development of the food manufacturing industry.
