摘要
通过热重分析法(TG)研究了聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)板材在空气中的热分解行为,热分解过程分为两个阶段,第一个阶段是醚键断裂,第二个阶段是材料主链断裂。随着升温速率的增加,聚醚酰亚胺的热分解出现明显的热滞后现象。使用热重-红外联用对分解产物进行分析,热分解的产物主要有H2O、CO2、苯和少量的CH4、CO。使用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方法研究了聚醚酰亚胺的非等温热分解动力学,通过公式计算得到活化能(Ea)为274.7 kJ/mol。通过锥形量热仪实验分析了聚醚酰亚胺的燃烧性能,并对燃烧性能参数进行分析。研究发现,聚醚酰亚胺点火时间为86 s,且火焰蔓延较慢,燃烧规模较小,从而表现出优异的耐火性能。
The thermal decomposition behavior of polyetherimide(PEI)sheet in air was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The thermal decomposition process had two stages.The first stage was the break of the ether bond,and the second stage was the break of the main chain of PEI.With the increase of the heating rate,the thermal decomposition of PEI had obvious thermal hysteresis.The decomposition products were analyzed by thermogravimetry-infrared.The thermal decomposition products mainly included H2O、CO2、benzene and a small amount of CH4 and CO.The non-isothermal thermal decomposition kinetics of PEI was investigated by the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method,and the activation energy(Ea)was 274.7 kJ/mol by the formula calculating.The combustion performance of PEI was analyzed by cone calorimeter test,and the combustion performance parameters were analyzed.The study found that the ignition time of polyetherimide is 86 s.And the flame spreads slowly and the burning scale is small,thus showing excellent fire resistance.
