摘要
目的针对反复发生卵泡未破裂黄素化的不孕患者,采用穴位艾灸方法,观察其排卵情况、实验室指标及妊娠率。方法选取发生2次以上卵泡未破裂黄素化病史的患者84例,其中试验组43例,对照组41例,总共211周期。对照组给予HCG 5000U肌肉注射。试验组于月经第5天开始艾灸次髎、关元、三阴交、肾俞穴,每2天1次,直至卵泡发育成熟排出。观察2组患者的排卵及妊娠情况,测定其月经第3天的基础内分泌、卵泡成熟时内分泌情况。结果试验组周期排卵率(68.86%)高于对照组(56.19%),试验组妊娠率(41.86%)稍高于对照组(26.86%),但试验组与对照组的周期排卵率及妊娠率无统计学差异。2组卵泡成熟时促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义,但试验组卵泡成熟时雌二醇数值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位艾灸治疗卵泡未破裂黄素化,疗效与HCG相似,同时提高卵泡E2水平,改善卵泡质量,增加妊娠率。
Objective To observe the ovulation laboratory indexes and pregnancy rate of patients with recurrent luteinized infertility with unruptured follicles by acupoint moxibustion. Methods 84 female patients with two or more history of luteinization without rupture of follicles in our department were selected,including 43 in the experimental group and 41 in the control group,with 211 cycles in the control group. In the control group,the medicine HCG was injected. The experimental group,i. e. moxibustion group,moxibustion was carried out once every two days from the fifth day of menstruation,until the follicle was matured and discharged. The ovulation and pregnancy of the two groups of patients was observed,and the basic internal secretion and endocrine condition when the follicle matured was measured. Result There was no significant difference between the ovulation rate of the experimental group( 68. 86%) and the control group( 56. 19%). But the pregnancy rate of the experimental group( 41. 86%) was slightly higher than that of the control group( 26. 86%). There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in LH,but there was significant difference in E2 between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Moxibustion at acupoint can prevent and treat luteinization of unruptured follicle,the curative effect is similar to that of HCG,and the same time,it can increase E2 level of follicle and pregnancy rate.
