摘要
补中益气汤是李东垣学术思想的集中体现。通过阐述肝脾关系,对方中药物的功效、性味以及“药类法象”进行分析,总结李东垣喜用辛甘温、善用风药的临床用药配伍特点,并结合临床应用进行思辨,提出补中益气汤为肝脾同调之剂,李东垣学术思想并非如传统认知的那样仅仅独重脾胃,而是注重对肝脾关系的调和,即重脾胃而兼顾肝胆;善用风药以及喜用辛甘温正是出于对肝脾关系的把握,而这种对肝脾关系的把握也是其学说之神髓。
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction embodies LI Dong-yuan's academic thoughts.Through analyzing the relationship between liver and spleen,and analyzing the effect,four properties and five tastes and pharmacological method state of drugs in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,summarizing the characteristics of LI Dongyuan's clinical medication compatibility,combining with the clinical application.It is concluded that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a mixture of regulating liver and spleen.And LI Dongyuan did not just only focus on the spleen and stomach as people known,but pay attention to mediate the relationship between liver and spleen.Making good use of wind medicine and pungent,sweet and warm drugs is the mastery of the relationship between liver and spleen,which is the essence of Dongyuan's theory.
