摘要
研究以软紫草为主的中药组方的不同提取方法及抗氧化测定方法的区别。分别以去离子水和无水乙醇为溶媒进行提取,再通过旋转蒸发进行浓缩,得到浸膏。并通过1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)和3-氧代-2-苯基-4,4,5,5-四甲基咪唑啉-1-氧(PTIO)两种不同的方法测定其自由基清除率。以去离子水为媒介提取的紫草中药组方成分抗氧化效果优于乙醇媒介。另外,软紫草的抗氧化作用配合以合适的中药组方可以有更好的临床应用前景,效果更好,作用更广。
The difference of different extraction methods and antioxidant determination methods of traditional Chinese medicine mainly composed of Arnebia frutescens was studied.The extract was extracted with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol as solvent,and then concentrated by rotary evaporation to get the extract.The free radical scavenging rates of 1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)and 3-oxo-2-phenyl-4(PTIO)were determined by two different methods:1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine and 3-oxo-2-phenyl-4.5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxygen.The antioxidant effect of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription extracted by deionized water was better than that with ethanol as the medium.Therefore,the antioxidant effect of Arnebia frutescens combined with a suitable prescription of traditional Chinese medicine can have a better clinical application prospect,better effect and wider effect.
