摘要
由于水电厂消防用水直接取自江河原水,未进行相应的杀菌和水质检测试验。加上消防管道内水质长期不流通,数年后开始腐蚀泄露,影响电厂稳定运行,形成安全隐患。本次选取两个水电厂进行消防水管腐蚀调查研究对象,对消防管样和水样进行X荧光射线检测、电镜能谱分析、原水水质分析。将腐蚀现象与试验数据结合研究,得出A厂的消防水管泄露主要是由微生物的腐蚀所引起,B厂的消防水管泄露主要是由高浓度Cl^-离子的点蚀所引起。
The fire water of hydropower plant is provided from the river directly,without any disinfection and testing.Then the fire hose has been corroded and leaked out when the water locked inside for several years.It will threaten the safe operation of hydropower plants.Choosing the samples from two different hydropower plants to investigation,the samples were analyzed by X-ray testing,EDAX and water quality test.The calculation result showed that A Plant fire hose leakage was mainly caused by microbial corrosion,and the B Plant was mainly caused by Cl^-corrosion.
