摘要
近年来高校化学实验室安全事故频发,构建实验室的安全管理体制机制的重要性日益凸显,成为促进新建本科院校进一步发展的前提和基础。本文在相关理论研究基础上分析了目前新建本科院校化学实验室存在的安全管理问题,为实验室安全管理体系的构建做了初步探索,包括完善安全管理制度与责任体系、培养实验室安全意识、提高实验教师职业素养等措施,全面提高新建本科院校化学实验室安全管理水平。
Recently,facing on the phenomenon of safety accidents in chemical laboratories in universities&colleges,the importance of building a safety management system and mechanism of laboratories which is the premise and foundation of promoting the further development of newly-built local universities has become increasingly prominent.To comprehensively improve the safety management level of the chemistry laboratory of newly-built undergraduate universities&colleges,the safety management problems based on the relevant theoretical research were analyzed,and a preliminary exploration was made,including safety management system,responsibility system,laboratory safety awareness,laboratory teachers’professional quality and other measures for the construction of the laboratory safety management system.
