摘要
中茶502是从黄山群体种中采用单株选择经系统选育成的适宜机采的茶树新品种。经系统品系比较试验、区域试验、机采适宜性试验表明,中茶502属早生种,产量中等;制成烘青绿茶,外形紧结,汤色嫩绿清澈明亮,香气清高、尚高鲜,滋味清爽、尚浓醇,叶底嫩匀明亮;内含物质丰富,春季一芽二叶水浸出物含量达49.73%,茶多酚含量为18.96%,氨基酸含量4.40%,咖啡碱含量3.10%;抗寒、抗旱性较强,茶炭疽病抗性表现为抗(R)、茶小绿叶蝉抗性表现为感(S);新梢最下节节间长,机采后优质芽叶一芽二三叶新梢完整率高。中茶502于2020年10月通过非主要农作物品种登记,编号:GPD茶树(2020)330023。
'Zhongcha 502'is a new cultivar suitable for machine-picking that was bred by systematic selection from the'Huangshan'population.The strain comparison,regional tests and machine-picking suitability tests show that'Zhongcha 502'is an early sprouting and high yield cultivar.The green tea made from'Zhongcha 502'is tightly knotted has high aroma,a taste of fresh and mellow and tender and bright leaf.It has abundant components.The water extract,tea polyphenol,amino acid and caffeine content of one bud and two leaves were 49.73%,18.96%,4.40%and 3.10%respectively.It has high tolerance to cold,drought and anthracnose(R),sensitive to tea green leafhopper(S).It has a long inter node in young shoots and shows a high percent of intact bud,one bud and two to three leaves by machine-picking.'Zhongcha 502'passed the non-major crop cultivar registration in Oct.2020,with the registration number of GPD(2020)330023.
