摘要
党的十九大报告中强调,要集中力量建立增速稳健、结构优化、竞争力强的现代化产业体系,努力提高全要素生产率,增强我国经济的质量优势。首先通过测算战略性新兴产业的全要素生产率并分析其变动趋势,然后实证探究战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的影响因素,最后针对相关影响因素提出了加大政府扶持强度和管理力度、增强专利保护及科技创新意识、提升人力资本存量和质量等对策,以期提升战略性新兴产业的全要素生产率。
The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that we must concentrate on building a modern industrial system with stable growth rate,structural optimization and strong competitiveness,strive to improve the total factor productivity and then enhance China’s economic quality advantage.This paper measure the total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries and analyzes their trends,and then empirically analyzes the impact of total factor productivity in strategic emerging industries.Finally,according to relevant influence factors,some countermeasures are put forward to increase the total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries like increasing government support intensity and management,enhancing patent protection and the awareness of technological innovation,upgrading human capital stock and quality,etc.
