摘要
超声医学是注重实践操作的学科,对操作技能、临床思维要求较高,因此传统教学模式在实践中已不能满足目前心脏超声教育的要求。心脏超声住院医师临床教学特点为专业性强、技术依赖性高等,因此常规教学模式已经并不适用,为了提高住院医师心脏超声方面的能力,寻找一种有效的临床教学模式有着重要意义。《住院医师规范化培训》作为超声医学专业大纲为住院医师心脏超声培训提供了方向,培训的最终目的是提高住院医师能力,并根据培训学员不同情况展开针对性培训,通过培训,使住院医师理论基础、实践操作技能有很大提升,更好的为临床、患者提供服务。
Ultrasound medicine is a discipline that emphasizes practical operation,and has high requirements on operation skills and clinical thinking.Therefore,the traditional teaching model cannot meet the requirements of current cardiac ultrasound education in practice.The characteristics of clinical teaching of cardiac ultrasound resident physicians are strong professionalism and high technical dependence.Therefore,the conventional teaching model is no longer applicable.It is of great significance to improve the ability of resident physicians in cardiac ultrasound and find an effective clinical teaching model.“Standardized Training of Resident Physicians”as a professional outline of ultrasound medicine provides directions for cardiac ultrasound training of resident physicians.The ultimate goal of the training is to improve the ability of resident physicians,and to conduct targeted training according to the different circumstances of the trainees.Through training,the theoretical basis and practice of resident physicians.The operation skills have been greatly improved to better provide services for clinical and patients.
