摘要
目的探讨肘关节复杂骨折脱位损伤治疗中不同手术入路方式的应用价值。方法选取本院2015年6月至2019年3月收治的肘关节复杂骨折脱位损伤患者86例作为研究对象,根据随机图表法分成对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用后侧入路方式,观察组采用前后联合入路方式,比较两组疾病治疗情况。结果观察组治疗优良率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肘关节复杂骨折脱位损伤的治疗中运用前后联合入路方式,可提升手术治疗效果,改善患者生活质量,推广应用价值高。
Objective To explore the application value of different surgical approaches in the treatment of complicated elbow fracture and dislocation injury.Methods 86 patients with complicated elbow fracture and dislocation injury admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random chart method,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases each.The control group adopted the posterior approach,while the observation group adopted the anterior and posterior approach to compare the treatment of the two groups.Results The excellent and good treatment rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined anterior and posterior approach in the treatment of complicated elbow fracture and dislocation injury can improve the effect of surgical treatment and the quality of life of the patients,which is of high application value.
