摘要
黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum)是药食同源植物,富含功能性多糖、黄酮类化合物、甾体皂苷等生物活性物质,具有提高免疫力、保护肾脏、调节血糖血脂等药理作用,有较高的药用价值和重要的研究意义,在临床及食疗中应用广泛。对黄精的药理作用研究进展进行了综述,为黄精产品的进一步开发提供参考依据。
Polygonatum sibiricum is a medicinal and food homologous plant,rich in functional polysaccharides,flavonoids,steroidal saponins and other bioactive substances.It has the pharmacological effects of improving immunity,protecting kidney,regulating blood glucose and blood lipid.It has high medicinal value and important research significance,it is widely used in clinical and food therapy.The research progress on pharmacological action of Polygonatum sibiricum was reviewed,in order to provide reference for the further development of Polygonatum sibiricum.
