摘要
随着绿色发展和生态文明建设的深入,国家对烧结、球团工业大气污染物排放标准愈加严格,各地区烧结矿、球团矿生产企业陆续建设烟气脱硫脱硝项目。首钢某烧结厂、球团厂烟气脱硫脱硝项目首次应用了“活性炭脱硫脱硝一体化工艺”。文章以“活性炭脱硫脱硝一体化工艺”新上项目为背景,重点对新上项目各工序存在的工业气体和危险化学品进行分析,系统辨识了存在安全风险,研究探讨了其防控措施。
With the development of green development and the deepening of ecological civilization construction in China,the state has become more and more stringent in the emission standards of sintering and ball-ball industry,and the production enterprises of sintering ore and ball group ore have been building flue gas desulfurization projects.Shougang a sintering plant,ball plant flue-gas desulfurization project for the first time applied the“integrated process of desulfurization and denitrification with activated carbon.”Based on the new project of“integrated process of desulfurization and denitrification with activated carbon”as the background,this paper focuses on the analysis of industrial gases and hazardous chemicals present in the new processes,and systematically identifies the safety risks,and studies and discusses its prevention and control measures.
