摘要
为了提高电气石粉在纺织品负离子功能整理中的应用效果,采用研磨的方法制备了超细电气石粉。借助Zeta电位及粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和负离子浓度测量仪等手段,对处理后的电气石粉的结构和负离子发射性能进行表征。结果表明:研磨是一种有效降低电气石粉粒径的方法。相对于干磨法而言,湿磨效果更好,制备的粉体粒径减小显著且分布更加均匀。随着研磨时间的增加,电气石颗粒的层状结构被破坏,粉体粒径变小,负离子发射量逐渐增强。在球料质量比为1∶3,玛瑙球填充率为80%的条件下,湿磨15 h时,粉体粒径和负离子发生量达到最佳。
In order to improve the application effect of tourmaline in textile functional finishing,the tourmaline powder was treated by the planet ball mill in dry and wet grinding process,respectively.The influence of grinding process on the structure and properties of tourmaline powder was discussed by means of Zeta,SEM and Negative-ion Densitometer.The results show that both grinding methods are effective in reducing the particle size of tourmaline powder.Compared with the dry-grinding technique,wet-grinding technique is more effective to prepare ultrafine tourmaline powder with uniform particle size.Under the condition that the pellet material ratio is 1∶3 and the agate ball filling rate is 80%,the particle size and negative ion generation amount of the tourmaline powder is the optimum when wet-ground for 15h.
