摘要
目的:观察归芪白术方辅助化疗对胃癌患者的临床应用效果,及对血清IL-4、IFN-γ水平的影响。方法:选取2015年~2017年化疗的胃癌患者为观察对象,并根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,观察组在常规化疗的基础上给予归芪白术方。观察两组患者的治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后肿瘤标志物水平、IL-4、IFN-γ指标和不良反应发生率的差异。结果:观察组疾病控制率为96.67%,明显高于对照组85.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2值=4.904,P=0.027);两组治疗前肿瘤标志物水平无差别,治疗后观察组CEA、CA19-9、CA125水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组治疗前IL-4、IFN-γ水平无差别,治疗后观察组IL-4低于对照组,观察组IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.001);两组肝功能异常、肾功能异常和恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率无明显差别。结论:归芪白术方辅助化疗对胃癌患者的辅助治疗效果较好,可明显降低患者的IL-4、IFN-γ和肿瘤标志物水平,具有良好的临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of adjuvant chemotherapy of Guiqi Baizhu Decoction for patients with gastric cancer and the effect on serum IL-4 and IFN-γlevels.Methods:Patients with gastric cancer treated with chemotherapy from 2015 to 2017 were selected as observation objects,and divided into controlled group and observation group according to the random number table method.The observation group was given Guiqi Baizhu Prescription based on conventional chemotherapy.Observing the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,and compared the differences of tumor marker levels,IL-4,IFN-γindexes and incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:The disease control rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the 85.00%in the controlled group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2 value=4.904,P=0.027).There was no difference in tumor marker levels before treatment between the two groups.After that,the levels of CEA,CA19-9,and CA125 in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no difference in the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γbefore treatment in the two groups of patients.The levels of IL-4 in the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group.The levels of IFN-γin the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as abnormal liver function,abnormal renal function,and nausea and vomiting in the two groups.Conclusion:Guiqi Baizhu Prescription has good adjuvant treatment for patients with gastric cancer.It can significantly reduce the levels of IL-4,IFN-γand tumor markers,and has good clinical application value.
