摘要
河南省是全国蔬菜和食用菌主产区之一,在全国蔬菜和食用菌产业发展中占据重要地位。依据统计年鉴数据,结合实地调研,对河南省蔬菜和食用菌产业发展进行了系统分析。近年来,河南省蔬菜和食用菌播种面积、产量趋于稳定,产值有所提高,区域分布差异较大,企业法人单位数量尚未满足市场发展需要;蔬菜和食用菌的人均占有量有所下降,消耗量趋于平稳,人均现金支出呈现波浪式变化。同时,河南省蔬菜和食用菌产业存在诸多发展问题,表现在单产水平低、产业科技水平不高、品种结构较为单一、设施建设落后、产业布局不均衡等方面。最后,对未来河南省蔬菜和食用菌产业发展前景进行了展望。
Henan province is one of the main producing areas of vegetables and edible fungi in China,which plays an important role in the development of vegetable and edible fungi industry. Based on the statistical yearbook data, combined with field research, the development of vegetable and edible fungi industry in Henan province were systematically analyzed. In recent years, the planting area and production of vegetables and edible fungi in Henan province has tended to be stable, the production quantity value has increased, the regional distribution difference is large, the number of enterprise legal person units has not yet met the needs of market development;the per capita share of vegetables and edible fungi has decreased, the consumption has tended to be stable, and per capita cash expenditure has presented a wave change. At the same time, there are many problems in the development of vegetable and edible fungi industry in Henan province, such as low yield per unit area, low level of industrial science and technology, single variety structure, backward facility construction and unbalanced industrial layout. Finally, the development prospect of vegetable and edible fungi industry in Henan province was forecasted.
