摘要
本文采用三因素完全实施的二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了NAA、IBA和间苯三酚等不同植物生长调节剂对阴香冬季扦插生根的影响,筛选阴香冬季扦插最适宜的浓度组合。结果表明,提高阴香冬季扦插生根率的最佳浓度组合为NAA 77~84 mg/mL+IBA 216~223 mg/mL+间苯三酚99~116 mg/mL。
In this paper,the effects of NAA,IBA,phloroglucinol and other different plant growth regulators on the rooting of Cinnamomum burmannii cutting in winter were studied by quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination design,and the most suitable concentration combination of C.burmannii cutting in winter was selected.The results showed that the optimal concentration combination to improve the rooting rate of C.burmannii in winter was NAA 77-84 mg/mL+IBA 216-223 mg/mL+phloroglucinol 99-116 mg/mL.
