摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加淫羊藿苷对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、输卵管氧化还原状态和炎性细胞因子基因表达的影响。选取54周龄、生产性能相近的健康罗曼粉蛋鸡216只,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0.05%和0.20%淫羊藿苷(以鲜重为基础)的试验饲粮。预试期1周,正试期12周。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡的平均蛋重显著提高(P<0.05)。2)试验Ⅱ组在蛋鸡66周龄时的蛋白高度显著提高(P<0.05)。3)试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡输卵管组织中的丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。4)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡输卵管组织中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组输卵管组织中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组输卵管组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的mRNA相对表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,蛋鸡饲粮中添加0.20%淫羊藿苷可提高平均蛋重和蛋白高度,减少蛋鸡输卵管氧化应激,并改善输卵管的免疫功能。
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary icariin on performance,egg quality,redox state,and gene expression of inflammatory cytokines in oviduct of laying hens.Two hundred and sixteen 54-week-old health Lohmann pink-shell laying hens with similar performance were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 hens per replicate.Hens in control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.05%and 0.20%icariin(as fresh basis),respectively.The pretest lasted for 1 week and the experiment lasted for 12 weeks.The results showed as follows;compared with control group,1)average egg weight of laying hens in experimental groupⅡwas significantly increased(P<0.05);2)Albumen height in experimental groupⅡwas significantly increased at 66 weeks of age(P<0.05);3)The content of malondialdehyde in oviduct of laying hens in experimental groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05);4)The mRNA relative expression levels of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in oviduct of laying hens in experimental groupsⅠandⅡwere significantly decreased(P<0.05),the mRNA relative expression level of interleukin-10(IL-10)in oviduct in experimental groupⅠwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in oviduct in experimental groupⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).It is concluded that supplemented with 0.20%icariin in diets of laying hens can increase average egg weight and albumen height,reduce oxidative stress of oviduct,and improve immune function of oviduct.
