摘要
教学实践能力是体育硕士健美操方向研究生未来走上健美操教师岗位必须具备的一项教学能力,教学实践能力水平的高低直接影响教学效果与质量。该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对体育硕士健美操方向研究生需要具备的实践能力和所学课程进行系统分析。主要结论:体育硕士健美操方向研究生课程设置主要分为理论课与教学实践课,理论课的培养内容主要针对教学实践能力的提高,包括教学内容设计、教学资源的开发与利用、健美操专项技能、组织教学实施、科研能力等。教学实践课的培养内容主要针对训练能力的提高,包括训练队的组织与管理、训练计划的制订与实施、训练方法的运用、赛事组织与裁判能力、健美操创编能力等。加强体育硕士教学实践能力培养意识,有效地结合理论课与术科课课程,设计有针对性的教学内容,有助于提高体育硕士健美操方向研究生教学实践能力,培养高层次、应用型的体育专门人才。
The teaching practice ability is a teaching ability that postgraduates of master of Sports aerobics must have in the future to become aerobics teachers.The level of teaching practice ability directly affects the teaching effect and quality.Through literature review,expert interview,etc.,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the practical ability and courses that master of physical education calisthenics students need to have.Main conclusion:The courses of master of physical education calisthenics are mainly divided into theory courses and teaching practice courses.The training content of theory courses is mainly aimed at improving teaching practice abilit y,including teaching content design,development and utilization of teaching resources,special skills of calisthenics,teaching organization and implementation,and scientific research ability.The training contents of teaching practice courses are mainly aimed at the improvement of training ability,including the organization and management of training teams,the formulation and implementation of training plans,the application of training methods,the organization and judging ability of competitions,and the creation and editing ability of aerobics.To strengthen the consciousness of cultivating the teaching practice ability of the master of physical education,effectively combine the theoretical courses with the technical courses,design the targeted teaching content,which is helpful to improve the teaching practice ability of the master of physical education in the direction of aerobics,and cultivate the high-level and applied sports professionals.
