摘要
研究了用氯化铁废液制备聚合氯化铁(PFC)混凝剂并用于处理洗煤废水。试验结果表明:在铁离子浓度0.50 mol/L、体系pH=1.0、聚合时间3.0 h、聚合温度50℃条件下,可获得聚合氯化铁。用此聚合氯化铁处理洗煤废水,单因素试验结果表明:对于800 mL洗煤废水,在中性条件、1%聚合氯化铁用量5 mL、沉降40 min条件下,洗煤废水去浊率达98%以上,处理效果较好。
The preparation of polymeric ferric chloride(PFC)coagulant using ferric chloride waste liquid and treatment of coal-washing wastewater using the coagulant were investigated.The results show that under the conditions of iron ion concentration of 0.50 mol/L,system pH of 1.0,polymerization time of 3.0 h,temperature of 50℃,the polymeric ferric chloride can be obtained.For 800 mL coal-washing wastewater,under the neutral condition,1%polymetic ferric chloride dosage of 5 mL and flocculation time of 40 min,the removal of turbidity is over 98%,the treatment effect is good.
