摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定安肠消坠丸制剂的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱(十八烷基键合硅胶250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为260 nm,柱温30℃。结果槐角苷线性关系在10.36~103.6ng范围内良好,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率97.33%,RSD=1.19%。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of sophoricoside in Anchang Xiaozhui pills by HPLC.Methods The content was determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography with capillary chromatographic column(ODS 250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid Phosphate Solution gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 260 nm,the column temperature was 30℃.Results The paeoniflorin gained a good linear relationship within the range of 10.36-103.6ng,r=0.9995,while the average recovery were 97.33%,RSD=1.19%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,and can be used as a standard to control the quality of the preparation.
