摘要
目的分析超声联合钼靶X线在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法抽取120例于2018年10月至2020年10月在我院就诊的乳腺病变患者作为研究对象,均为女性。患者均行超声诊断、钼靶X线诊断,以病理诊断结果为金标准,比较单一超声诊断结果、单一钼靶X线诊断结果和联合诊断结果,据此评估超声联合钼靶X线在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。结果单一超声诊断与单一钼靶X线诊断对乳腺癌的检出率、诊断准确度、灵敏度和特异性及其对不同病理类型乳腺癌的诊断符合率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合诊断对乳腺癌的检出率、诊断准确度、灵敏度和特异性及其对不同病理类型乳腺癌的诊断符合率,均显著高于单一超声诊断和单一钼靶X线诊断,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声联合钼靶X线诊断乳腺癌,能够显著提高乳腺癌的检出率和诊断准确率,且具有较高的诊断准确度、灵敏度和特异性。
Objective To analyze the application value of ultrasound combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with breast lesions who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all of whom were female.All patients underwent ultrasound diagnosis and mammography diagnosis.Pathological diagnosis results were the gold standard.Single ultrasound diagnosis results,single mammography diagnosis results and combined diagnosis results were compared,and ultrasound combined with mammography X-ray diagnosis in breast cancer was evaluated accordingly.Application value in diagnosis.Results There was no statistically significant comparison between single ultrasound diagnosis and single mammography X-ray diagnosis in the detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of breast cancer and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different pathological types of breast cancer(P>0.05).The detection rate,diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis of breast cancer,and the diagnostic coincidence rate of different pathological types of breast cancer are significantly higher than single ultrasound diagnosis and single mammography diagnosis,which are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with mammography X-ray to diagnose breast cancer can significantly improve the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer,and has high diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity.
