摘要
目的探讨颌间牵引与钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的对比。方法回顾性分析2018-06至2019-06于我院治疗的46例下颌骨骨折患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组和研究组,各23例。对照组实施钛板坚强内固定治疗,研究组实施颌间牵引与钛板坚强内固定治疗。分析术后平均住院的日数、治疗前后患者视觉模拟评分,开口功能、颌面部功能评分、咀嚼功能评分、治疗总有效率、统计感染、排斥反应、骨折移位等不良事件发生情况。结果研究组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,开口功能、颌面部功能评分、咀嚼功能评分优于对照组,住院总时间短于对照组;研究组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组;研究组的感染、排斥反应、骨折移位等不良事件发生情况少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下颌骨骨折患者实施颌间牵引与钛板坚强内固定治疗可获得较好效果,可有效改善患者的病情,减轻疼痛和有效改善患者的咀嚼、颌面部功能和开口功能,缩短住院的时间,减少相关不良情况的发生,值得推广。
Objective To explore the comparison of intermaxillary traction and titanium plate rigid internal fixation in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 cases with mandibular fractures treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 was divided into a control group and a study group,with 23 cases each according to the different treatment options.The control group was treated with titanium plate rigid internal fixation,and the study group was treated with intermaxillary traction and titanium plate rigid internal fixation.The average number of days of hospitalization after surgery,visual analog scores of patients before and after treatment,oral function,maxillofacial function score,masticatory function score,total effective rate of treatment,statistics of infection,rejection,fracture displacement and other adverse events were analyzed.Results The visual simulation scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of opening function,maxillofacial function,and chewing function were better than those of the control group,and the total length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group;the total effective rate of treatment of the study group was higher than that of the control group;The incidence of adverse events such as infection,rejection and fracture displacement was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of mandibular fracture patients with intermaxillary traction and titanium plate rigid internal fixation can achieve better results,which can effectively improve the patient's condition,relieve pain and effectively improve the patient's chewing,maxillofacial function and opening function,and shorten the hospital stay.It is worth promoting to reduce the occurrence of related bad situations.
