摘要
目的探究血清结肠癌转移相关基因-1(MACC1蛋白)在晚期胃癌组织中的表达及对阿帕替尼化疗疗效的预测价值。方法选取60例晚期胃癌患者,按治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=36)和观察组(n=24)。对照组给予替吉奥片、奥沙利铂甘露醇注射液治疗,观察组在此基础上加用阿帕替尼片,所有患者均化疗3个周期。统计MACC1蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的表达情况;统计化疗前和化疗3个周期后2组患者MACC1蛋白含量,统计2组患者化疗3个周期后的预后情况。结果MACC1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于正常胃黏膜组织中的表达率;化疗3个周期后,2组患者的MACC1蛋白含量均降低,且观察组较对照组降低的更显著,观察组的无进展生存时间和总生存时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.01)。结论MACC1有助于胃癌的诊断,且MACC1越低阿帕替尼的化疗效果越好。
Objective To investigate the expression of serum metastasis-related gene-1(MACC1 protein)in patients with advanced gastric cancer and its predictive value for the efficacy of apatinib chemotherapy.Methods 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=24)according to different treatment methods,.The control group was treated with tegiol tablets and oxaliplatin mannitol injection.The observation group was treated with apatinib tablets on the basis of the treatment.All patients received chemotherapy for three cycles.The expression of MACC1 protein in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues,the content of MACC1 protein in two groups before and after 3 cycles of chemotherapy,and the prognosis of the 2 groups after 3 cycles of chemotherapy were counted.Results The positive expression rate of MACC1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal gastric mucosa tissues.After 3 cycles of chemotherapy,the contents of MACC1 protein in both groups decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group.The progression-free survival time and total survival time in the observation group were significantly longer than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion MACC1 is helpful in the diagnosis of gastric cancer,and the lower the MACC1 is,the better the effect of Apatinib.
