摘要
目的研究甲泼尼龙片治疗对老年间质性肺疾病(ILD)患者临床体征、气道重塑及纤维化相关指标的影响。方法选择2016年4月到2018年4月于开封市中心医院就诊的ILD患者96例,按随机数表法分为对照组及观察组。对照组采用常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用甲泼尼龙片治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月。检测两组患者气道重塑指标、纤维化指标、肺功能指标,采用圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评估生活质量,统计治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗后气道重塑指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后纤维化指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺功能水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SGRQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙片治疗ILD可提高患者肺功能并减少气道重塑及纤维化。
Objective To study the effects of methylprednisolone tablets on clinical signs, airway remodeling and fibrosis related indexes in elderly patients with interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods Totally 96 ILD patients who were treated in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into control group the observation group according to random number table method. The control group was givenroutine symptomatic treatment. The observation group was given methylprednisolone tablets. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Airway remodeling index, fibrosis index and lung function index in both groups were measured.The quality of life was assessed by St. George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment period was statistically analyzed.Results After treatment,levels of ventricular airway remodeling in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). After treatment,fibrosis indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). After treatment,lung function level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SGRQ scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ILD with methylprednisolone tablets can improve lung function, reduce airway remodeling and fibrosis.
