摘要 为了在用电高峰期电力供应不足的情况下,考虑用户差异化用电需求,指导用户改变用电方式,降低电力供需矛盾带来的不利影响,提出一种基于多维特征模糊聚类的负荷用户精准用电管理策略。常州地区水网密布、雨量充沛、渔业发达,渔业养殖是常州地区的重要产业,以江南地区渔业负荷用户为切入点,利用多源数据,结合模糊聚类算法提取底层关键数据特征,采用相似性分析方法对负荷特征进行归纳,筛选有效用户样本,提取样本数据特征,判断用户用电管理现状,优化用户用电管理,实现用户精准用电,从经济性、安全性等多个角度,为供电公司用户用电管理提供参考依据。随机抽取渔业负荷用户进行实例验证,结果表明,所提出的策略具有一定可行性和有效性。 In order to consider the differentiated power demand of users in the case of insufficient power supply during the peak period of power consumption,guide users to change power consumption methods,and reduce the adverse effects of power supply and demand contradiction,an accurate power consumption management strategy for load users based on multi-dimensional feature fuzzy clustering is proposed.The Changzhou area has dense water nets,abundant rainfall,and developed fisheries.Fishery breeding is an important industry in Changzhou.Taking the fishery load users in the south of the Yangtze River as the starting point,using multi-source data,combined with fuzzy clustering algorithm to extract the key data features of the bottom layer,using similarity the analysis method summarizes the load characteristics,screens effective user samples,extracts sample data characteristics,judges the current situation of user power management,optimizes user power management,and realizes accurate power use by users,providing power from multiple perspectives such as economy and safety,it provide reference basis for company user power management.The fishery load users are randomly selected for example verification,and the results show that the proposed strategy has certain feasibility and effectiveness.
