摘要 针对铁塔公司在基站能耗监控方面存在的难点,本文设计并实现了基于大数据的企业用能数据共享分析平台,依托电力数据中台,利用大数据、人工智能等技术进行多业务系统电力数据与基站能耗监测数据的共享融合、分析处理,构建铁塔基站用能大数据分析模型,实现基站运行状态的在线监测以及故障、窃电等异常情况的早期预警。本文重点介绍了该平台的设计思路和方案实现,定制化搭建用电量分析、电费账单管理、能耗分析、阀值设置、系统管理等功能模块,兼备安全性、实用性、易用性及可拓展性,在提供优质用能保障的同时,打造了新的电力数据产品商业化运营模式,实现电力数据增值,展现了电力数据在为企业级电力客户提供用能管控、运维管理.辅助决策等方面具有广阔的应用前景。 In view of the tower company in the base station energy consumption monitoring problems,this paper designs and implements an enterprise energy data sharing and analysis platform based on big data.Based on the power data center,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies are used to share,fuse,analyze and process the power data of multi-service system and the monitoring data of base station energy consumption,building the big data analysis model of tower base station energy to realize the online monitoring of base station operation status and early warning of abnormal situations such as the failure and power theft.This paper mainly introduces the design idea and scheme realization of the platform,including customized functional modules such as power consumption,electricity bill management,energy consumption analysis,threshold settings,system management and other function modules with safety,practicality,ease of use and expansibility.It provides high quality energy guarantee,creates a new electric power data product commercial operation mode,realizes power data incremental,and shows that power data has a broad application prospect in providing enterprise-level power customers with energy control,operation and maintenance management,auxiliary decision-making and so on.
