摘要
以新疆特色资源冬枣为研究对象,研制一款针对新疆冬枣的单一主剂的相变蓄冷剂,降低冬枣保鲜运输的成本,为冬枣运输的最后一公里提供技术支持。采用差示扫描量热法检测待测蓄冷材料的相变潜热和相变温度,初步筛选出主储能剂所需试剂,再利用羧甲基纤维素钠和山梨酸钾优化配方,确定配方后,进行性能测定。得出4%丙三醇水溶液的相变温度为-4℃左右,保证相变潜热280J/g以上,并且没有明显的过冷度和无相分离现象;不同黏度的羧甲基纤维素钠对于蓄冷剂的相变潜热影响不大。确定配方为4%丙三醇水溶液、1.2%羧甲基纤维素钠(黏度300~800mPa.s)、0.20%山梨酸钾,相变潜热为311.79J/g,温度-4.55℃。蓄冷剂性能稳定,成本较低,可循环使用,能很好的保证冬枣新鲜度,降低了冬枣运输成本。
Winter jujube,a traditional product in XinJiang,was used in the experiment to study a phase change storage agent to reduce the cost of transportation and provide technical support for winter jujube transportation. The latent heat of phase change and phase change temperature of the cold storage material were detected by differential scanning calorimetry. The reagent needed for the main energy storage agent was preliminarily screened,then sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and potassium sorbate were used to optimize the formula. Study showed that 4% glycerol aqueous phase transition temperature was-4℃,the guaranteed phase change latent heat was more than 280 J/g,and no obvious super cooling and no phase separation. Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose of different viscosity had a little effect on the latent heat of phase change. The best formula was :4% glycerol aqueous solution,1.2% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(300 ~ 800 mPa.s viscosity),0.20% potassium sorbate,phase change latent heat 311.79 J/g and temperature-4.55℃. The cold storage agent has stable performance,low cost and can be recycled. The agent can keep freshness of winter jujube and reduce the transportation cost.
