摘要
股骨转子间骨折是临床上常见的骨折类型,尤其多见于骨质疏松的老年女性患者。股骨转子间骨折具有较高的致残率和致死率,严重威胁了老年患者的生命健康。流行病学调查表明,转子间骨折的临床发病率呈逐步上升。目前临床上对转子间骨折的治疗方法以手术治疗为主,可选方式包括髓外固定、髓内固定和关节置换术。各种治疗方式优缺点各异,治疗效果也不尽相同。本文主要阐述了股骨转子间骨折的治疗现状,为临床有效治疗股骨转子间骨折提供一定的理论依据。
Femoral intertrochanteric fracture is a common type of fracture in clinical practice,especially in elderly female patients with osteoporosis.Femoral intertrochanteric fractures have high disability rate and fatality rate,which seriously threaten the life and health of elderly patients.Epidemiological investigations show that the clinical incidence of intertrochanteric fractures will gradually increase.At present,surgical treatment is the main clinical treatment for intertrochanteric fractures,and alternative methods include extramedullary fixation,intramedullary fixation and joint replacement.The advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods are different,and the treatment effects are also different.This article mainly reviews the current status of the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures,and provides a theoretical basis for clinically effective treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.
