摘要
推动高校辅导员专业化职业化建设,是提升高校思想政治工作成效的必然选择和有效途径。当前高校辅导员队伍专家型培养、稳定性发展的效果并不理想,从辅导员个体视角来看,高度重要的工作性质与较低话语权、双重身份与认同缺失、宽口径知识与专业化发展、干部流转与职业化要求等现实矛盾极大影响了专业化职业化的道路选择。推动专业化职业化建设应更多结合自下而上的个体发展需求,培植辅导员专业化职业化发展的内生动力和职业愿景。
Promoting the specialization and professionalization of college counselors is an inevitable choice and effective way to improve the effect of ideological and political work in colleges. At present, the effect of the cultivation and stability development of the college counselor team is not ideal. From the personal perspectives, the realistic contradictions such as the highly important nature of the work and the lower voice, the double identity and the lack of identity, the wide-ranging knowledge and the professional development, the turnover of cadres and the requirements of professionalization have greatly influenced the choice of the path of professionalization. It should be more combined with individual development needs from the bottom, and cultivate the endogenous motive force and professional vision of counselor to promote the development of specialization and professionalization.
