摘要
高校所开展的思政教育工作是贯穿至人才培养的整个方案全过程,学生在高校学习期间,辅导员与专业教师共同构成了教育的两支队伍,在发展思想政治教育工作时以协同育人为主,是教育改革的必然要求。从双方面加强对学生的培养教育提高学生的思想政治水平。本文以大思政视域下辅导员于专业教师协同育人的政治发展为研究,探究新时代教育改革发展下思想政治工作的变革创新,通过加强辅导源于专业教师两支队伍的结合,实施长期有效的全方位协同育人。
The ideological and political education in colleges and universities runs through the whole process of talent cultivation.During the period of students’study in colleges and universities,counselors and professional teachers constitute two teams of education.When developing ideological and political education,cooperative education is the main task,which is the inevitable requirement of education reform.It aims to strengthen the training and education of students from two aspects to improve the ideological and political level of students.In this paper,the political development of counselors in the collaborative education of professional teachers from the perspective of ideological and political education is studied to explore the reform and innovation of ideological and political work in the new era of education reform and development.By strengthening the combination of two teams of professional teachers,long-term and effective all-round cooperative education is implemented.
