延崇高速砖楼特大桥主桥上部结构设计 被引量:4

摘要 延崇高速砖楼特大桥主桥为曲线上承式拱形变高钢桁组合连续梁结构,跨径布置为(65+120+65)m,单幅桥宽13 m。钢桁梁为2片主桁结构,桁间距9 m,桁高6~18 m。桥面板采用分块预制板+现浇板的结构形式,板厚约33 cm。钢桁梁通过节点弯折改变相邻主桁杆件之间的夹角,以直代曲的方式实现曲线钢桁连续梁桥的建造。桥面超高过渡通过钢桁梁和混凝土板二级横坡变化实现。主桥采用先对称悬臂拼装杆件至钢梁合龙,后安装混凝土板的施工方案。采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil对该桥进行结构计算分析,结果表明该桥结构刚度大,静力、稳定及动力特性均满足规范要求。 The main bridge of Zhuanlou Bridge is a curved continuous girder bridge with combined deck-type arch and variable-depth steel truss system.The bridge has twin structures of three spans of 65,120 and 65 m,and each single structure measures 13 m wide.The steel truss girder consists of two trusses that are transversely spaced 9 m and 6-18 m in depth.The concrete slabs contain the slabs precast in blocks off site and cast-in-situ slabs,about 33 cm deep.The angles between adjacent members were adjusted via node bending of steel truss girder,and the construction of the continuous steel truss girder bridge was eased by erecting curved structures in a straight manner.The goal of superelevation transition of the deck is achieved via tuning the secondary cross slope of the steel truss girder and concrete slabs.The concrete slabs were constructed after the closure of the steel girder that erected by balanced cantilever assembly method.The structural calculation analysis of the bridge was conducted using MIDAS Civil.The results show that the stiffness of the bridge is big,and the static and dynamic performance as well as the stability of the structure can all meet the code requirements.
