摘要
硅烷交联聚乙烯是一种新型绝缘材料,普遍应用于当前电缆绝缘领域中,因此研究硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆局部热延伸性能具有重要意义。影响电缆局部热延伸性能的因素主要有聚乙烯原料、引发剂用量、硅烷用量、挤出温度等,因此从这几方面出发,采用相应的原料、助剂与仪器等,依照电力行业规范中的相关标准实行研究;研究过程中,利用不同原料与仪器制备不同硅烷交联聚乙烯试件,通过拉伸试验机测试试件热延伸性能。研究结果显示:采用LDPE19E低密度聚乙烯为主原料制成的试件拉伸强度与热延伸性能测试结果可达到标准要求;在试件内硅烷用量较低的条件下,随着硅烷用量逐渐增多试件拉伸强度与永久变形率分别呈现上升与下降趋势,在试件内硅烷用量达到2.5份的条件下,试件拉伸强度与永久变形率均随硅烷用量提升而下降;当挤出温度处于188℃±3℃时,凝胶含量达到最高值,可达60%以上。
Silane crosslinked polyethylene is a new type of insulation material,which is widely used in the field of cable insulation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the local thermal elongation of silane crosslinked polyethylene cable.The main factors aff ecting the local thermal elongation of the cable are the basic polyethylene,the amount of initiator,the amount of silane,the extrusion temperature,etc.Therefore,from these aspects,the corresponding raw materials,additives and instruments are used,according to the relevant standards in the power industry specifications.In the research process,diff erent silane crosslinked polyethylene test pieces were prepared by using diff erent raw materials and instruments,and the hot elongation property of the specimen was tested by the elongation tester.The results showed that:the test results of tensile strength and hot elongation of the samples made of LDPE19E as the main raw material can meet the requirements of the standard;under the condition of low amount of silane in the samples,the tensile strength and permanent deformation rate of the samples showed an upward and downward trend respectively with the increase of the amount of silane,and the amount of silane was 2.5 parts in the samples,the tensile strength and permanent deformation rate of the samples decreased with the increase of silane dosage.When the extrusion temperature is 188±3℃,the gel content reaches the highest value,which can reach more than 60%.
