摘要
网络公共舆论是人们依托网络实现利益诉求表达、思想意志交流的重要方式,是社会舆情的重要组成部分,更是社会主义民主政治的重要体现。强化政府在网络公共舆论生态治理中的责任担当,对于构筑风朗风清的网络舆论环境、推动政府治理创新具有重要意义。当前网络公共舆论生态治理存在着非理性博弈、甄别和监测力度不够、缺乏完善的网络立法、源头治理和动态管理效率较低等问题,必须加强法制建设、政府适度干预并转变政府角色。
Internet public opinion is an important way for people to rely on the Internet to realize the expression of interests and exchange of ideas and wills.It is an important part of social public opinion and an important embodiment of socialist democratic politics.Strengthening the government's responsibility in the ecological governance of online public opinion is of great significance for building a clean and clear online public opinion environment and promoting government governance innovation.At present,the ecological governance of online public opinion has some problems,such as irrational game,insufficient screening and monitoring,lack of perfect network legislation,low-level source governance and dynamic management efficiency,we should strengthen the legal system construction,appropriate government intervention and changing the role of government.
