摘要
目的观察穴位贴敷联合补中益气汤治疗帕金森伴功能性便秘患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取60例帕金森伴功能性便秘患者,用随机数字表法等分为2组。对照组采用帕金森常规医药治疗及乳果糖口服液,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷及补中益气汤治疗,观察治疗前后患者的生存质量、便秘症状积分、临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者生存质量PAC-QOL评分较对照组有显著提升(P<0.05);观察组便秘症状积分显著改善(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为88.6%,对照组为74.3%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗上加用穴位贴敷联合补中益气汤能够有效改善帕金森患者便秘症状,提高患者的生活质量及治疗有效率,且具有一定的安全性。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupoint application combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of Parkinson's patients with functional constipation.Methods:60 Parkinson's patients with functional constipation were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with Parkinson's conventional medicine and lactulose oral liquid and the observation group was treated with acupoint application and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis treatment of the control group.The patients' quality of life,constipation symptom score,clinical efficacy and adverse effects were observed before and after treatment.Results:The PAC-QOL score of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The constipation symptom score of the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 88.6%,and the control group was 74.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition of acupoint application combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to conventional western medicine therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of Parkinson's patients with functional constipation,improve their life quality,curative effect,and has certain safety.
