摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)对片状铁硅铬(FeSiCr)磁粉进行表面修饰,再以苯胺(Aniline,An)为单体,过硫酸铵(Ammonium persulfate,APS)为氧化剂,盐酸(HCl)为掺杂剂,通过磁控原位聚合法制备了铁硅铬/聚苯胺(FeSiCr/PANI)复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的微观形貌和吸波性能进行了表征及分析。结果表明:磁场条件下制备的聚苯胺具有较高的结晶度和微观取向性,而改性后的片状FeSiCr具有很好的界面结合能力,使PANI可以很好地包覆在其表面。在2.6~5.85 GHz范围内,随着An含量的增加,FeSiCr/PANI复合材料的有效吸收频带向高频移动。当磁场为92 mT时,磁控原位聚合法制备的FeSiCr/PANI复合材料在4.81 GHz处的最小反射率可达到-15.9 dB,反射率小于-10 dB的频带范围为3.77~5.69 GHz。
FeSiCr/polyaniline composites were prepared by magnetic controlled in-situ polymerization,which was modified byγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550),aniline as monomer,ammonium persulfate as oxidant and hydrochloric acid as dopant.The microstructure and absorbing property of the composites were characterized and analyzed by XRD,SEM,FTIR and vector network analyzer.The results show that polyaniline prepared under magnetic field has high crystallinity and micro-orientation,and the modified flake FeSiCr has good interfacial bonding ability,so that PANI can be well coated on its surface.In the range of 2.6—5.85 GHz,the effective absorption band of FeSiCr/PANI composites moves to high frequency with the increases of An content.When the magnetic field is 92 mT,the minimum reflectivity of FeSiCr/PANI composite by magnetically controlled in-situ polymerization can reach-15.9 dB at 4.81 GHz,and the frequency band with reflectivity less than-10 dB is 3.77—5.69 GHz.
