摘要
指出了社会经济文化的高速发展间接引发了“单身潮”,单身人口的急剧上升反向影响着经济文化发展的模式。单身人士有着住房的实际需求,市场上出现的单身公寓满足了他们的居住功能的需求,但标准化功能配置、缺乏个性和文化属性的装修让居住者没有家的归属感。为此,阐述了独居的由来及如今的现状,分析了这种现象出现的社会、经济及个人的原因。从设计角度提出了一些独居空间塑造以及如何应对单身生活的建议。
The rapid development of social economy and culture has indirectly triggered the"single wave".The sharp rise of single population has a negative impact on the pattern of economic and cultural development.Singles have demand for housing.Single apartments appearing on the market meet their residential functional needs.However,the standardized functional configuration,lack of personality and cultural attributes make the residents have no sense of belonging.This paper gives some suggestions on how to shape single living space and how to deal with single life from a design perspective.
