摘要
以CNKI收录的1990—2020年4月发表的3799篇知识服务相关文献为研究对象,采用文献计量法及文本挖掘法,从年发文量、作者合著关系、高频引用文献、研究热点、研究范围及研究机构等方面分析了我国知识服务近40年来的发展现状及未来研究趋势,为今后研究人员能够充分深入了解我国关于知识服务的研究历程提供借鉴。
Taking 3799 related knowledge service literatures collected by CNKI from 1990 to April 2020 as the re⁃search objects,and adopting the bibliometric method and text mining method,this paper analyzes the development status and future research trend of knowledge service in China in the past 40 years from the aspects of the number of published papers in each year,co-author relationship,high-frequency cited literature,research hotspots,research scopes,and re⁃search institutions,etc.,which provide a valuable reference for researchers to be able to understand in depth the research progress of knowledge service in China.
