摘要
习近平总书记指出:“基层是一切工作的落脚点,社会治理的重心必须落到城乡、社区。”只有把城乡、社区的管理与服务做好做精,社会治理才能有坚实稳固的根基。因此,想要更好地推进社会治理工作,必须从基层入手,既要引导普通群众广泛参与,也要充分发挥党员的模范引领作用;必须从根本上以基层党组织为中心,形成新时代全民共同参与的社会治理新形式;必须整合社会各界资源与力量,充分发挥其作用;必须坚持以人民的利益为核心、以人民的需求为导向,竭尽所能为群众解决问题,提供科学精准的服务和管理。总之,以党建引领社区社会工作,是实现社区共治、共享、共发展的有效方式。
As stated by general secretary Xi Jinping,"The grassroots level is the foothold of all work,and the focus of social governance must be placed on towns,villages and communities."Only by enhancing the management and service of towns,villages and communities can social governance have a solid foundation.Therefore,if we are to optimize social governance,we must start from the grassroots level.We must not only guide the public to participate in social governance on a broad scale,but also to give full play to the exemplary leading role of Party members.In addition,we must essentially regard grassroots Party organizations as the focal point and create a new form of social governance with the common participation of all citizens in the new era.Moreover,we must combine the resources and forces of all sectors of society and give full play to their role.Furthermore,we must persist in giving top priority to the interests of the people and align our work with the needs of the people,do our utmost to solve problems for the people,and provide scientific and pertinent service and management.In short,carrying out community social work under the guidance of Party building is an effective way to achieve community co-governance,sharing and common development.
