用于光热蒸发海水除盐的PS/Au/PDA泡沫的制备和性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Propperty Research of PS/Au/PDA Foam for Desalination of Photothermal Evaporative Seawater

摘要 利用聚苯乙烯塑料泡沫(PS)与高光热转化率的Au纳米粒子和聚多巴胺(PDA)构造了以多孔塑料为基底的光热蒸发器PS/Au/PDA泡沫。由于内部的多孔结构,该光热蒸发器具有较高的吸光性能以及光利用率,Au和PDA的存在,可以使蒸发器的表层水温迅速升高。光热蒸发结果表明,该蒸发器在一个太阳辐照强度下具有优异的蒸发效率。在经过多次循环之后,PS/Au/PDA泡沫材料仍能维持较好的蒸发性能。 The photothermal evaporator PS/Au/PDA foam based on porous plastic was constructed with polystyrene(PS)foam,and Au nanoparticles with high photothermal conversion rate and polydopamine(PDA).Due to its porous structure,the photothermal evaporator is of light absorption performance and light utilization rate.The presence of Au and PDA make the surface water temperature rise rapidly.The results of photothermal evaporation show that the evaporator has excellent evaporation efficiency at one solar intensity.And after several cycles,the material can still maintain a good evaporation performance.The results show that the evaporator can be used in the field of photothermal seawater desalination and it has good economic benefits.
