摘要
试验旨在研究噬菌体对断奶仔猪生长性能、粪便微生物数量及血清免疫指标的影响。试验选取25日龄断奶仔猪96头,随机分为4组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组1、试验组2和试验组3分别在基础日粮中加入300、500和1000 g/t的大肠杆菌噬菌体、沙门氏菌噬菌体和魏氏梭菌噬菌体的复合制剂,试验期35 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,各试验组仔猪料重比和腹泻率均显著下降(P<0.05),各试验组仔猪粪便中乳酸杆菌数量显著提高(P<0.05),而大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平显著提高(P<0.05)。试验组2和试验组3仔猪免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平显著高于对照组和试验组1(P<0.05)。研究表明,复合噬菌体制剂能降低断奶仔猪的料重比和腹泻率,提高肠道中有益菌含量,降低有害菌含量,增强机体免疫力,添加量在500 g/t较为合适。
The study was to evaluate the effect of bacteriophage preparation on growth performance,fecal microorganism number and blood immune index of early weaned piglets.A total of 96 weaned piglets aged 25 days were randomly divided into four groups.The piglets in control group were fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups 1,2 and 3 were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 300,500 and 1000 g/t of coliphage,Salmonella bacteriophage and Clostridium perfringens bacteriophage combination preparation,respectively.The experimental period was 35 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the feed to weight ratio and diarrhea rate of the three experimental groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the number of Lactobacillus in feces of the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the number of the fecal Escherichia coli and Salmonella were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the IgG levels of the three experimental groups were obviously increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group and the experimental group 1,the IgA and IgM levels of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were increased respectively(P<0.05).The results indicated that the compound bacteriophage preparation for weaned piglets could reduce the feed to weight ratio,reduce the diarrhea rate,increase the content of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tract,reduce the content of harmful bacteria,and enhance the body immunity.The dosage of 500 g/t was more appropriate.
