摘要
目的探讨戈舍瑞林联合多西他赛对前列腺癌患者癌细胞PC-3及血管内皮生长因子的影响。方法前瞻性选取2017年6月到2020年1月湖南省人民医院收治的120例前列腺癌患者。按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组行戈舍瑞林治疗,研究组行戈舍瑞林+多西他赛治疗2个月。对比患者治疗2个月后总有效率、炎性因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平]、癌细胞PC-3细胞凋亡率及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平。结果研究组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(60.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前炎性因子IL-6、IL-10、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预2个月后研究组患者IL-6、CRP水平分别为(25.30±6.80)、(28.85±5.00)pg/mL,低于对照组[(31.40±8.90)、(35.20±6.30)pg/mL],IL-10水平(54.60±14.78)pg/mL高于对照组(42.80±13.00)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义,干预后6个月研究组VEGF水平[(124.28±23.20)pg/mL]低于对照组[(119.05±21.45)pg/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前2组患者PC-3水平比较,差异无统计学意义,干预后1、2、3 d研究组患者PC-3细胞凋亡率[(54.57±0.30)、(72.25±0.50)、(87.60±1.13)%]水平高于对照组[(40.10±0.55)、(53.45±0.25)、(67.60±1.00)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者在戈舍瑞林治疗基础上联合多西他赛不仅可提升近期治疗效果,改善机体炎症水平,还能抑制癌细胞PC-3增殖速度,抑制病灶血管生长速度,降低癌细胞经血管向外传播的可能性,具有较高的临床应用性。
Objective To investigate the effects of Goserelin combined with docetaxel on pc-3 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in prostate cancer patients.Methods 120 patients with prostate cancer admitted to Hunan People's Hospital from June 2017 to January 2020 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group received goserelin treatment,while the research group received Goserelin+docetaxel treatment for 2 months.The total effective rate,inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)levels],cancer cell PC-3 Cell apoptosis rate and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels in the two groups were compared after 2 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-10,and CRP between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the study group were(25.30±6.80)pg/mL,(28.85±5.00)pg/mL,lower than the control group[(31.40±8.90)pg/mL,(35.20±6.30)pg/mL],IL-10(54.60±14.78)pg/mL were higher than the control group(42.80±13.00)pg/mL,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VEGF levels between the two groups before intervention.Six months after the intervention,the VEGF level of the study group(124.28±23.20)pg/mL was lower than that of the control group(119.05±21.45)pg/mL,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the PC-3 levels of the two groups were not statistically significant.The apoptotic rate of PC-3 cells in the study group was(54.57±0.30)%,(72.25±0.50)%,and(87.60±1.13)%,which were higher than those in the control group[(40.10±0.55)%,(53.45±0.25)%,(67.60±1.00)%],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with prostate cancer goserelin treatment based on joint dorsey he can promote the recent therapeutic effect,improve the body's level of inflammation,restrain cancer cell PC-3 proliferation rate,the other joint dorsey he also inhibits lesion blood vessel growth speed,to reduce the spread of cancer cells through the blood vessels to possibility,has high clinical application.
