光热发电项目直接空冷系统设计优化

Optimizing Design of Directly Air Cooling System in Solar Thermal Power Project

摘要 与湿式冷却水系统相比,直接空冷系统节水性好,但初期投资和运行费用高。为了提高直接空冷系统的经济性,以中电建青海共和50 MW光热发电项目直接空冷系统为例,通过对设计背压、迎面风速等方面的综合比较,采用年总费用最小法进行空冷系统优化计算发现,直接空冷系统的初期投资与迎面风速、设计背压成反比,运行费用则与迎面风速成正比,与设计背压成反比。直接空冷系统运行年总费用需要通过对不同组合方案进行比较,才能得出一个相对最优的运行方案。 Compared with the wet cooling unit,the directly air cooling system saves water,but the initial investment and operating costs are higher.In order to improve the economics of the directly air cooling system,take the directly air cooling system of the Powerchina Qinghai Gonghe 50MW solar thermal power project as an example,through a comprehensive comparison of design back pressure and front wind speed,the directly air cooling system is implemented by the least total annual cost method.The optimization calculation found that the initial investment of the directly air cooling system is inversely proportional to the front wind speed and the design back pressure,while the operating cost is proportional to the front wind speed and inversely proportional to the design back pressure.The total annual operating cost of the direct air-cooling system needs to be compared with different combination plans to arrive at a relatively optimal operating plan.
