摘要
随着经济全球化的不断深入,我国在国际舞台上拥有更多的话语权,因此,需要更多的高素质专业型人才建设祖国,促进各国交流,高职院校顺应发展趋势进行人才培养。对此,我们展开分析和讨论,明确高职院校实施"工学结合"人才培养模式的重要意义,从中发现面临的主要问题,最后就此进行探究,找到提高高职英语"工学结合"人才培养模式效率的有效措施。希望能够提高高职院校英语教学水平,落实人才培养计划,促进教育事业发展。
With the deepening of economic globalization,China has more the power to speak on the international stage,so we need more high-quality professional talents to build the motherland and promote exchanges between countries.Higher vocational colleges should follow the development trend to train talents.In this regard,we carry out analysis and discussion to clarify the significance of the implementation of the talent training model of"combining work and learning"in higher vocational colleges.Based on the existing problems,we explore some effective measures to improve the efficiency of the talent training model of"combining work and learning"in higher vocational colleges.We hope to improve the English teaching level in higher vocational colleges,implement the talent training plan and promote the development of education.
