摘要
针对早期的未加装自动化改造的数控车床存在的需要人工上下料的问题,导致耗时、耗力、生产效率低的情况,设计了一套以机械手系统为控制器的数控车床自动上下料机械手。首先介绍了系统组成及其工作原理,然后介绍了控制系统与数控车床信息交互的实现,最后介绍了改造后加工中心的工艺流程。该设计提高了数控车床的生产效率,极大地降低了人工成本,具有可靠性高、效率性高、性价比高的特点,为数控车床自动化改造提供了参考,为以后的智能化工厂实现提供了基础。
In view of the problem of manual loading and unloading in the early CNC lathes without retrofitting automation,resulting in time-consuming,labor-intensive,and low production efficiency,designed a set of automatic loading and unloading of CNC lathes with the robot system as the controller Manipulator.First introduced the system composition and its working principle,then introduced the realization of information interaction between the control system and the CNC lathe,and finally introduced the technological process of the transformed machining center.The design improved the production efficiency of the CNC lathe,greatly reduced the labor cost,and had the characteristics of high reliability,high efficiency,and high cost performance.It provided a reference for the automatic transformation of the CNC lathe and provided the realization of the intelligent factory in the future.
