井窖式移栽对烤烟前期温湿度及生长发育的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Plantlet Transplanting in Covered Well-cellar on Temperature,Humidity and Growth and Development of Flue-cured Tobacco at Early Period

摘要 [目的]揭示井窖式移栽方式对烤烟前期环境温湿度及植株生长发育的影响,为井窖式移栽提供理论和技术支撑。[方法]采取田间试验方式,研究烟株周围空气温湿度及烟株性状变化情况。[结果]随移栽天数增加和时间变化,井窖式移栽较常规移栽更能减缓环境变化对空气温度、湿度的影响,井窖式移栽稳定空气湿度作用明显。井窖式移栽植株株高、最大叶长、最大叶宽、最大根长、叶片SPAD值高于常规移栽,且在移栽5 d后差异达显著水平。井窖式移栽植株干物重在移栽后20和25 d较常规移栽增加14.68%、42.68%。[结论]井窖式移栽能稳定烤烟生长温湿度环境,促进烤烟前期生长发育。 [Objective]This study aimed to reveal the effects of well-cellar transplanting method on the environmental temperature and humidity and plant growth and development in the early stage of flue-cured tobacco,and to provide theoretical and technical support for well cellar transplanting.[Method]Field experiments were carried out to study the changes of air temperature and humidity around tobacco plants and the characteristics of the tobacco plants.[Result]With the increase of transplanting days and time changes,well cellar transplanting could slow down the impact of environmental changes on air temperature and humidity more than conventional transplanting,and the effect of stabilizing air humidity was obvious.The plant height,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,maximum root width and SPAD value with the flue-cured tobacco plantlet transplanting in covered well cellar were significantly higher than those of conventional transplanting,and the difference reached significant after 5 days of transplanting.The dry weight of the well cellar transplanted plants increased by 14.68%and 42.68%compared with the conventional transplanting at 20,25 days after transplanting,respectively.[Conclusion]The well-cellar transplanting method can stabilize the temperature and humidity environment of flue-cured tobacco growth and promote the early growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.
